We are a cottage-food/micro bakery located in Sarasota, Florida.  We adhere to all cottage food standards to provide you with a quality handcrafted product whether you’re picking it locally or we’re shipping it nationwide.

Red Santo’s history goes back nearly 30 years to chef Sam’s first apartment, where he began the trial and error process of making homemade pizza. Fast forward to today, Red Santo is inspired by his love of pizza perfected and ready to be shared with you, one pie at a time.
