What is Red Santo?
We are a cottage food/micro bakery offering the highest quality breads and pizza crust with all natural ingredients and no preservatives.
Where is Red Santo located?
Exact pickup location will be revealed after you have placed your order. But, for reference, it is in the Bahia Vista / Tuttle area.
How do local pick-up work?
When you place your order you will choose a pickup window. You can come anytime within that pickup window. When you arrive, knock on the front door and we’ll give your ordered items to you!
What happens if I don’t pick up my order within the pick up window?
If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make your pickup window, please text us. I ask that you do everything you can to respect the pickup window time that you have chosen. If you do not pickup in the allotted time, and I do not hear from you after I text or call you, I will assume you have forfeited your order. No refunds for goods not picked up.
Items sell out so quickly, how can I guarantee an order?
Unfortunately there is no guarantee, we simply suggest you place your orders as early as possible.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, our delivery zone includes parts of north central Sarasota County. Check out our current delivery map.
Do you work with third-party delivery partners?
No, at this time we do not work with any third-party delivery partners.
Can you ship my order?
Yes! Some of our items are available for nationwide shipping. Whether you are buying for yourself or someone else as a gift, please use our online “shop” for shipped orders.
Can I dine at Red Santo?
Sorry, not at this time. Be sure to follow us on our socials for any status changes.
Do you serve alcohol?
No, because we are a takeaway/delivery operation, we don’t offer alcoholic beverages.
Where can I buy a Red Santo gift card?
You can buy a digital only gift card here and you can check your balance here.
Can I use my gift card to pay for an online order?
Yes! At the payment screen, check the “Pay with gift card” box. Enter the 16 digit code associated with your e-gift card and press “Apply”.
If you have a physical gift card there is an extra step to obtain the 16 digit gift card code needed for online ordering. First click here to check your gift card balance. Enter the 6 digit gift card number on the back of your card and submit. Copy the 16 digit code and then follow the above steps at the payment screen.
If your gift card does not cover the total balance then, use a credit card to cover the difference. All gift cards can be used over the phone or in person at the store.
