HOW TO BOOK A LOCAL PICK-UP PRE-ORDER
- Select a Pick-Up date.
- Select a Pick-Up time slot.
- Select an item by clicking on the item title.
- Select your quantities.
Click the “Book Now” button and check out.
You’ll receive an email order confirmation and reminder notification on your pick-up day
with the pick-up location information.

Where is the pick-up location?
Exact pickup location will be revealed after you have placed your order. But, for reference, it is in the Bahia Vista / Tuttle area.
What day do I pick up my order?
Pick-Up Day is every Thursday between 9AM-12PM.
How do pick-ups work?
When you place your order you will choose a 30 minute pick-up window. You can come anytime within that pick-up window. When you arrive, knock on the front door and we’ll give your ordered items to you.
What happens if I don’t pickup my order during the pickup window?
If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make your pickup window, please text us. I ask that you do everything you can to respect the pickup window time that you have chosen. If you do not pickup in the allotted time, and I do not hear from you after I text or call you, I will assume you have forfeited your order. No refunds for goods not picked up.
Items sell out so quickly, how can I be guaranteed an order?
Unfortunately there is no guarantee, we simply suggest you place your orders as early as possible.
Do you ship?
Yes! Some of our items are available for nationwide shipping. Whether you are buying for yourself or as a gift, please use our online “shop” for shipped orders.
